Sales & Experience Centre
From interior and exterior design, intricate furnishing selections to a 260 degree wrap-around screen, we had every aspect of the user experience covered. What makes this project so unique is the immersive theatre, where potential buyers can truly feel what it’s like to live at SkyRidge.
The 260 degree wrap-around screen immerses viewers to feel as if they are soaring above the Gold Coast skyscrapers and then slowly meandering through their lush green spine. Surround sound in this theatre builds a sense of excitement as native birds chirp and sing to your left whist the sound of rustling leaves and a cool breeze flow from your right.
Sensoreal touch screens are fitted throughout the Sales & Experiential centre and give the buyer access to an interactive masterplan highlighting focal features of the estate as well as a visual of local amenities. The touch screen provides the opportunity for buyers to choose and favourite their top choice of Land or House & Land and have it sent to their phone through a QR code. Buyers can also explore and walk-through their potential Home through our interactive 3D Virtual Tour option. It’s no wonder people can’t stop talking about this new development!
Physical activation concepts & design
From concept design, to full execution and consideration of the Sensoreal platform. Sensoreal and their partner, took full ownership of design, fit-out and tech for the sales & experience centre.
Interactive touch screens
Interactive touch screens provides potential buyers will all the info they need to make a purchase decision. Includes lots, masterplans, amenities, buildings, fly-throughs and more.
260-degree wrap around display with surround sound, utilising laser projection, auto-play sensor tracking, and amazing video content.
Integration with Salesforce
All leads generated by the interactive touch screen, and campaign website, are sent to Salesforce for the sales team.
Design and development of a campaign website for SkyRidge that integrates with the interactive touch screen and client systems (CRM).
Creative design & fit-out
The entire exterior & interior design & fit-out of the centre was completed by creative partner, Martins Brand House.
